#earthdayjourney I'm not a reviewer so the photos will not be professional and the color will not be adjusted because the price of a restaurant is inversely proportional to the location and floor area like this but there are quite few customers so I personally decided to stand up and give the most honest review for the restaurant🥰 The sentences may be a bit confusing, please understand! I accidentally passed by the restaurant a few times, and was quite impressed with the restaurant's visual, so this time I decided to try it on a day when I "didn't know what to eat" 🥲 Personally, I can eat raw food as well as raw beef (rare), so I ordered 3 dishes as I remember: - Beef Carpacio (not sure if the spelling is correct 🥲), - medium rare Fillet Mignon with "asparagus and crispy fried potatoes with fried onions" * I have to admit that the side dishes are so delicious "it's a waste of life not to order them" and - Beef Tartare on Toast, these are 3 dishes that impressed me. I also ordered additional side dishes such as carrots, probably fried mashed potatoes and beef marrow. It was quite delicious, but I think it was just a side dish that I ordered. I'm not too impressed with it 🙄 For drinks, you can order mocktails or cocktails depending on your needs. For dessert, I ordered a portion of burnt cheese cake with strawberry jam to eat with it, but I didn't like it very much, maybe because of the taste, because my friend liked it 🤷🏻♀️ ❌The restaurant is called CHIMI CHIMI located on the 2nd floor, 28-30 Phung Hung, Hang Bong, Hoan Kiem. Price 50-300k/dish (except steak because it is sold by weight *gram) For 2 people, it is probably around 1tr-1tr5 to be full, but for a personal date, I feel the price is reasonable and cheap because we don't regret spending the money on a date every now and then 🌟Personal review Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 (the staff is enthusiastic and helpful) Space: 5/5 Price: 4.5/5

The store is called Bánh Mì Grandma Lu’s Thái Văn Lung. I had a Banh Mi and iced coffee with milk for my breakfast, the quality for the price is one of the best I ever had. The store is also very clean and the staff is very friendly.

#vietnamtrip I heard so much about egg coffee and decided to try it!!! Eggyolk Coffee is a famous egg coffee chain in Hanoi with a branch in Ho Chi Minh city, near Ben Thanh Market!!! This coffee shop specialty is the famous Hanoian egg coffee and they put in their own modern twist into it. I ordered the Cà phê Trứng đá or Iced Egg Coffee which came served with a small glass of tea too!!!! The egg coffee is pretty good, with the egg cream tasting smooth and velvety minus any raw egg taste!!!! They also serve some lovely pastries!!! I ordered the chocolate timbering cake which was very tasty, the cake is flaky kinda like a crossaint with nutella in it and a cute marshmallow egg on top!!! I stayed near the Nguyễn Huệ street in downtown District 1, where all major attractions of Ho Chi Minh City are located. The whole area is walkable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are several café offerings range of Vietnamese and international coffee flavours. We did cafe hopping for 2 days and tried a multitude of local coffees, including the legendary Trung Nguyen. I came during lunch, there was quite a few people there so spots were taken up quickly. The drink selection was more than enough and the coconut coffee was nice. At night with the lights all on and the water view that would be a highlight. It’s absolutely bustling at night in the city and there are events on with singing too nearby.
