| Winter 2-Day 1-Night Family Trip Guide 👩🏻 As a mom, I always worry about where to take my kids in winter. Recently, a friend recommended Wujiangzhai to me. After this family trip, I can only say that it was the right place to go! We drove to Wujiangzhai, and the scenery along the way was really beautiful. The little one was so excited to see the mountains outside the window and kept asking questions. When we arrived at the parking lot 🅿️ of the scenic area, we could feel the ancient charm of the ancient village as soon as we got out of the car. As soon as we entered the scenic area, the child was so excited that she was jumping up and down. The Hui-style architecture and the style of northern Guizhou are perfectly integrated, with white walls, black tiles, and winding stone paths. My daughter 👧🏻 instantly became a curious baby, touching the ancient walls and asking about the meaning of the carvings. When we passed by a traditional handicraft workshop, the woodcarver's skills also made the child stop in her tracks 🤭 🚶 After walking around and getting tired, we headed straight to the riverside restaurant. The signature sour soup fish is a must-try. The red and bright sour soup is quite stimulating to the taste buds, and the fish is tender and melts in your mouth. The child was so spicy that her face turned red, but she kept saying it was delicious. Paired with soft and glutinous rice cakes, dipped in soybean flour, one bite is full of happiness 🈵, and the whole family ate until their bellies were round 😂 (The hanging pot feast for dinner is also recommended, you can watch the performance while tasting local food, and the bamboo pole dance is also fun) 🌸 Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicraft Workshop: The room is equipped with dried flowers, colored paper, and lamp stands. My daughter chose her favorite materials, and we worked together to paste and assemble them, lighting up our exclusive flower and grass lamp. It was warm and interesting, and the child was full of a sense of accomplishment. It was quite interesting to walk around the village with the lamp we made at night! 💡 Fish Lantern Parade: As soon as the parade arrived, my daughter was like she had discovered a treasure 🤭 She took out a small lantern and joined in, learning to wag the fish lantern's tail, humming a little tune, and interacting with the NPC actors. The whole family laughed all the way ❤️ After the lighting ceremony in the evening, we watched the iron flower show. Drones took off and performed with changing horses and flowers. There was also a bonfire party, where everyone held hands and sang and danced around the bonfire. Both adults and children had a great time 🥰
