The tomb of the Western Han Dynasty Qi King was excavated in 1978 during the construction of the Jiaji Railway, and it is very well preserved. Burial Pit No.1 - Utensil Pit The burial objects are mainly ritual vessels and daily necessities. Burial Pit No.2 - Dog Sacrifice Pit There are dozens of sacrificed dogs, with sturdy skeletons and necklaces of shells and round copper rings on their necks. These dogs may have been used for play or hunting by their owners. Burial Pit No.3 - Weapon Ritual Pit The burial objects are rich, with all kinds of bows, crossbows, arrows and pellets. Burial Pit No.4 - Chariot and Horse Pit The largest of the five pits. It once held chariots, horses, dogs, etc., but the chariot has been damaged and only remnants remain. Burial Pit No.5 - Weapon and Utensil Pit The burial objects are mostly weapons, as well as daily necessities. There are treasures such as square bronze mirrors, gilded bronze incense burners, and copper dice for gaming.
