Fayu Temple of the Sea and Sky Buddhist Kingdom

Founded in the eighth year of the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty (1580), it was rebuilt in the twenty-eighth year of the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty (1689). The construction area is 33,000 square meters, with 294 existing halls covering an area of about 9,000 square meters. The entire temple is strategically located on the mountain, spread across six levels of terraces. Ascending through the mountain gate, the central axis features the Hall of Heavenly Kings, Jade Buddha Hall, Nine Dragons Guanyin Hall, Imperial Stele Pavilion, Mahavira Hall, Sutra Collection Tower, Abbot's Hall, and the Memorial Hall of Master Yin Guang. Among them, the Hall of Heavenly Kings, Yuantong Hall, and Mahavira Hall are the three main halls. The temple is particularly renowned for its bustling incense offerings, with a constant stream of pilgrims even on weekdays.
