Taipei Store Exploration Popular French Dessert Shop Save

A popular French dessert shop in the alley between Zhongshan Elementary School and Xingtian Temple. It's a small place but there is always a constant flow of customers eating in and taking out. The signature Santo Nodo Black has three flavors to choose from. I was bored so I chose the original flavor. The portion was large and not too sweet, but the whipped cream was a little too much. Their fillings and ingredients are a little hard to imagine just by looking at the text description. But after eating, they are surprisingly harmonious. It's pretty cool.
