Heaven’s Gate

Location: Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China Entrance fee: 278¥ (round cable car 🚠) Date: July 22, 2022 Tianmen mountain also known as Heaven’s Gate is one of the most famous places in Zhangjiajie. It’s better to use the cable car to get to Tianmen. You can buy one way or round cable car ticket. After buying the ticket, you’ll take a bus near tickets office and get to the cable car’s entrance. Then you need to walk almost 30 mins and you’ll see the Heaven’s Gate. To see this incredible view from top of the Gate, you need to climb 999 stairs, they’re known as “the Stairway to Heaven.” It’s actually very tiring to climb these stairs, but in the end you’ll have a stunning view, which is definitely worth seeing.
