Zermatt (Matterhorn view and sledding tips!)

Last year when I went to Zermatt, the weather was bad for 3 days so I couldn't see the Matterhorn properly.. But this time I saw it properly and came back to share the information! 1. The best place to see the Matterhorn is definitely Gornergrat! First of all, if you want to see the Matterhorn from a pretty angle! I definitely recommend going to Gornergrat. When you arrive at Gornergrat, I recommend looking around from below for a bit and then going straight to the observatory. When you go up, you can see the Matterhorn and the Aletsch Glacier. It's really, really pretty..ㅎㅎ Since Gornergrat is about 3100m, if you have trouble breathing or feel dizzy while going up, be sure to go down right away! 1-1 You can ride a sled at Rotenboden! If there's anyone who wants to ride a sled, get off at Rotenboden, the station right before Gornergrat, rent a sled, and ride it. As soon as you get off at Rotenboden, don't go inside, but rent one outside and go in. ㅎㅎ The sled is really really fun, so definitely ride it! 2. Viewing the Matterhorn from the village is Kirch Bridge X The famous place to view the Matterhorn in Zermatt is Kirch Bridge, right? It's close, so there are a lot of people and it's famous. But there's a place where you can take pictures closer and without people. If you want to take pictures of the beautiful Matterhorn in a place without people, search for zermatt matterhorn viewpoint at bridge and go there! Lastly, for those who want to go hiking, I definitely recommend going to Sunnegga. The Matterhorn reflected on the lake is really pretty. ㅎㅎ Oh, and the burgers at Brown Cow are really delicious, so definitely try the Zermatt beer!! #winter travel destination #switzerland #zermatt
