Opening the window, the towering majesty of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain unfolds unobstructed, and the morning glow of the golden mountain is truly breathtaking. I remember the first morning the owner specifically knocked on our door half an hour early to remind us to prepare for the view and even offered us hot ginger tea. As the golden sunlight gradually bathed the peaks, their shimmering brilliance shone in the morning light. All my fatigue melted away in that moment, and this unique viewing experience was a true highlight of my entire trip. The owner's warm hospitality was even more heartwarming. When we first arrived at the inn, he was already waiting at the door, offering to help us with our luggage. He meticulously explained the inn's facilities and surrounding itineraries, from snow mountain ticket reservations to off-the-beaten-path scenic spots and local culinary recommendations. Every detail was clearly explained. Throughout our stay, he promptly addressed any requests we had. When a friend of mine experienced altitude sickness, the owner immediately provided spare oxygen tanks and medication, patiently offering tips for alleviating the discomfort. This attentive care imbued our journey in a foreign land with the warmth of home. The inn's ambiance was also incredibly relaxing. The overall decor is simple and elegant, incorporating local ethnic elements. The common areas are filled with vibrant greenery, while the corners are filled with books and ornaments, lending a touch of artistic flair. The rooms were spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathrooms were fully equipped and hygienic. Falling asleep peacefully in the tranquil atmosphere and awakened by the morning light of the snow-capped mountains was truly a delightful experience. Shanyu Inn was undoubtedly the biggest surprise of my trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The hotel offers stunning snow-capped mountain views and the owner's warm, family-like company.
