Who would have thought! A weekend rush to Hebei Tianshan Yunhai Cliff camping completely changed my perception of weekend trips around Beijing! Only 400 per person, the cost performance is amazing! - 📍Destination: Tianshan Yunhai Cliff (in Hebei, not Xinjiang!) ⏰Duration: 2 days 1 night (weekend rush!) 🚌Transportation: Bus group, worry-free - 📝 My cloud camping diary: Day 1⃣: Enter the mountain! Embrace the wilderness! 07:30: Gather at Exit C of Beitucheng, sing and play games all the way to the campsite 11:00: Simple meal on the way, mainly for convenience. 12:30: Arrive at Yunhai Cliff parking lot! The leader distributes camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, moisture-proof mats all included) 14:00: Drop off luggage, travel light and rush with the leader to the big meadow! Oh my god! Instantly speechless from the beauty! 🌿 Green carpet-like hillside, wildflowers everywhere, layered mountains in the distance, every shot looks like a Windows desktop! 16:30: The highlight is here! Mountain top wild cooking time! Everyone pitches in to enjoy delicious barbecue (the leader prepared very fresh ingredients), blowing mountain breeze, listening to music, sipping drinks 🍻, the atmosphere is fully charged! Watching the sunset dye the sky orange and pink, so romantic it made me cry! 🌄 20:30: Night falls, bonfire lit 🔥! The atmosphere is super lively! There’s also a surprise light painting show 🎇 (super beautiful!) 22:00: The second highlight! Starry sky moment! The weather is great, the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye! ✨ There’s even a professional star photographer in the group 📸, guiding everyone to shoot great photos, even phones can create miracles! 23:00: Crawl into the tent, fall asleep with the sound of wind and insects, super healing. - Day 2⃣: Sea of clouds sunrise! Return fully loaded! 05:00: Warriors get up to watch the sunrise and sea of clouds! I struggled to get up (though sleepy), but! Worth it! 🌅 Rolling sea of clouds with the bursting sunrise, spectacular beyond words! 07:00: Camp breakfast, then free photo time! The morning light is absolutely beautiful, dew sparkling on the meadow, every shot looks great! 10:00: Reluctantly break camp, pack up gear and trash (leave no trace camping is very important!), take the bus back to Beijing. 15:30: Arrive in Beijing smoothly, ending a perfect cloud journey! - 🌟 Why highly recommend? Stunning scenery: alpine meadows, wildflowers, starry sky, sunrise/sea of clouds (weather permitting), so many elements!
