Everything is wicked in Everland and you will end up buying all their merchandise too. Plus, Halloween celebration has become a norm in South Korea so it is always easy to find theme parks catering to this festival too. Just stay until night time to witness the light up illumination at the theme park. It will look much prettier but if you want to take photos, then day time will be better too. Also, the animals at Zootopia will also be working overtime and you can try the Night Safari Tram experience. Just need to be sure you Q pass for this night tram experience. If not, then will have to seek help in paying for an express pass. Currently, it is not on sale on their website and OTA when I went in September. Best time to celebrate Autumn and Halloween at the same time and enjoy the perfect weather.
