Small and Elegant Temple Plaosan

This temple is a bit far from the others and I was the only person at the place when I visited. As another reviewer has said, if this temple was in another city or country, there would be tens of thousands of visitors. Other major temples have shaded this one. Btw. it is still being restored (I guess the earthquake ruined some parts of it) I found it very beautiful and peaceful. The entrance fee is cheap but you definitely need a Taxi. Since it is a bit farther than Prambanan, perhaps you can use the same Taxi to visit Prambanan and Plaosan. The compound is clean and nowhere trash to see. It's very sad to see that more than three Buddha statues were cut and stolen. #happylaborday #maydaytrip #urbanexplorer #art
