It is known for its beautiful scenery and towering peaks. $The South Gate of Cangu Tuo is a natural wonder, like a heavenly cave leading to the universe, which is very shocking. Langya Mountain itself is the junction of the Taihang Mountains and the North China Plain, so it became a barrier, and it also prevented the Japanese army from invading westward. $Yang Chengwu's troops in the Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region used this as a base to fight against the Japanese army occupying the North China Plain. The heroic deeds of the five heroes of Langya Mountain took place here. $Drive 3 hours from downtown Beijing to Shaling Village, Yixian County. Gradually ascend from the bottom of the valley, cross the pass, reach Laojuntang, and then go to Cangu Temple, check in at the South Gate, and then go all the way down to Shaling Village. $The whole journey is 12 kilometers, with an ascent of about 700 meters.
