Today I went to a cafe located in Jordan. I want to introduce them because I think they run it with great care😍 Usually d cafes have zero communication with customers, but they are different, order a cup of hand-brewed coffee, they will get some beans for me to smell first, and very serious introduction, really rare. Today's coffee beans are from Monteverde, Canada, smell a little floral and tropical fruit, drink really a little pineapple flavor, of course I'm not very professional 🤣 And this coffee will have a little different taste at different temperatures, quite special. Other food overall was good: Avocado Sauce Egg Sour Seed Bun Avocado and egg are a perfect match, very tasty, the point is that the sourdough bread is great, is my favorite hardness and smoothness, plus its salad sour and appetizing, eat the whole portion will not feel stale, can leave the stomach to try my favorite tiramisu. Tiramisu This is their homemade, limited daily supply, the cream is very smooth, used coffee wine, the wine is not heavy, the overall sweetness, but the mouth and taste are good, after toast and then a portion of dessert just right.
