Mangrove Forest Landscape: Boasting approximately 1,300 acres of mangrove forest, the main tree species include Sonneratia apetala, Kandelia obovata, Avicennia marina, Laguncularia racemosa, and Aegiceras corniculatum. The mangrove forest is evergreen throughout the year, like a green forest on the sea. At high tide, parts of it are submerged by seawater, leaving only the crowns exposed, resembling an "oasis on the sea." At low tide, the intricate root system is visible. You can also see egrets and other seabirds perching and foraging in the forest. If you're lucky, you might capture a scene of "sunset and solitary egret fly together, autumn waters blend with the vast sky." Laoshushan (Mouse Mountain): One of the core areas of the park. Climbing the mountain offers a superb view of the entire mangrove forest and the surrounding seascape. The air on the mountain is fresh, a natural oxygen bar. However, the mountain path is a bit steep, so remember to wear comfortable sneakers. Seashore Foraging: At low tide, the shoals are exposed, making it a great place for seashore foraging.
