Wet-aging means that the meat is vacuum-packed and refrigerated at 0-5 degrees to make it soft. This is the menu that I took a picture of outside. We ordered the Kkotsam set (choose pollack roe), mul-naengmyeon, and konggitbap. From the top left, spicy sauce, soybean powder, Andes salt, ssamjang, wasabi, whole grain, garlic, and dried pollack roe. There are so many things to dip, right? I think I barely ate ssamjang because I was eating other things.ㅋㅋ If you order a set menu, you can choose between soybean paste stew, pickled pollack roe, and a drink. We ordered pickled pollack roe, and it was a lot and not salty at all, so it was delicious even when I put it on top of the meat. The meat for the Kkotsam set comes with 100g each of Kkotsamgyeop, Saengdaepae, Kkotmoksal, Hangjeongsal, and Kkotsal, for a total of 500g. I like mushrooms, so I was a little disappointed with the amount of mushrooms, but they also served eggplant. It was my first time eating grilled eggplant at a meat restaurant, and it was so delicious that I wanted to order more if I wasn't full. I tried the stir-fried kimchi, pickled onions, and pork belly on a meat plate. What can I say? It's so delicious and the meat quality is good. I ate it in a hurry, saying, "It's so delicious~."ㅋㅋ I also ordered mul naengmyeon as a snack and wrapped it in the remaining meat and ate it. The naengmyeon was ordinary! I wanted to eat fried rice, but I also ate rice and was so full that I stopped here. I think meat restaurants have gotten a lot better these days. The quality of the meat, the variety of sauces, the set menu, and the clean interior were all satisfying for my first visit.
