[1] Accommodation experience (accommodation and breakfast) ・Room size: 2LDK ・Bedrooms: 2 rooms (1 double bed each) ・Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: 11:00 a.m. the next day [2] Special dining experience Starting with the owner Hirata's recommended meal with a taste of the ingredients and champagne, all dishes are paired with wine, from the after-dinner drink to the meal. ■Reservations: Reservations are accepted for 1 group of 2 people per day, up to 6 months in advance. *All meals and accommodations at restaurants other than this plan are by invitation only. Maison Owl Designed by architect Junya Ishigami, this residence and restaurant opened in 2021. The building, which embodies a cave-like structure and shape, was architect Ishigami's response to owner-chef Hirata's strong desire for a building that "gained weight over time. Not a smooth building, but one that contains the roughness of nature." It took nine years to complete the building. The simple dishes and wine that reflect the seasonal ingredients, the echoes of the sounds, the circulation of the aromas, the sunset, and the transition to the sunrise all make up an experience at Owl.
