Yakushima's famous mountain, Mt. Kuromidake

A guide and a taxi driver recommended Mt. Kuromi to me on Yakushima, so I decided to try it on my third visit to the island! It was a little harder than the standard trekking routes such as Jomon Cedar and Shiratani Unsuikyo, but the satisfaction was very high!! This course is a condensed version of the best parts of Yakushima, not just the Yakusugi cedars and moss. From the Yodogawa trailhead, you pass through the Yodogawa River, the forest, the marshland, and the mountain ridge, and you'll be greeted with a 360-degree panoramic view! The view of Mt.
