The town is most famous for its delicious local delicacy, Xizhou Baba, a savory or sweet flatbread cooked in a charcoal oven. Trying one fresh from the street vendor is an absolute must! We also explored the lively morning market, which was a fantastic way to experience the rhythm of daily life and sample local treats. For a hands-on experience, we visited a tie-dye workshop in a nearby village, learning about this traditional craft of the Bai people.
