Mountains, Meadows & All the Feels. Altay Scenic Spot

#chinatravel Just got back from exploring the Altay Scenic Spot in Xinjiang, and wow,b this place is unreal. Like, straight up postcard vibes everywhere you look. Rolling green hills, crystal-clear rivers, pine forests, and mountains that seriously look like they’re from another planet. It’s got this peaceful, untouched energy that makes you want to just breathe deeper and slow down. I wandered through some tiny villages where people were herding sheep and riding horses like it was totally normal (because it is), and everyone was super friendly, even if we didn’t speak the same language. One of the highlights? Just sitting by the river, snacking, and watching the clouds roll over the mountains. Pure zen. Also, sunsets here? Total fire. If you’re into nature, chill vibes, and the kind of scenery that makes your camera work overtime, Altay is it. Way less touristy than you’d think, and that just makes it better. Highly recommend adding it to your bucket list. Nature therapy, for real.
