🏘️Room Type/Layout: The hotel offers free room upgrades, which is great for families with children. The Magic Castle is very suitable for parent-child stays. 🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene: The environment is excellent, no complaints. However, the hotel's software services are lacking. If they don't have the capacity to accommodate so many guests, they shouldn't accept so many. This affects the service and experience negatively. From conversations, it's clear that many staff are part-timers, and their professionalism and efficiency are lacking. 🎯Entertainment Facilities: The room facilities are very complete, including a coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer. The food, drinks, and face masks are replenished daily, which is delightful. Surprisingly, the room also has a heated towel rack, so children's warm clothes won't have trouble drying. 🍽️Restaurant Features/Executive Lounge: The breakfast is really sumptuous, which was unexpected, and the taste is quite good. Other dishes are at a decent level, not bad, and the service is excellent. Looking forward to the completion of the non-powered amusement park. 💗Other Tips: Parking in the parking lot, shuttle service, and daycare are highly commendable. Kids can be left in the amusement park to make clay sculptures and paint fans, feed rabbits, and be fully engaged. Someone helps look after the kids and even brings them back to the room, which is fantastic. It's the top choice for a vacation.
