Moreover, it's conveniently accessible, less than an hour by high-speed train from Hangzhou, and only a 2.5-hour drive from Shanghai. Design The homestay faces a mountain range that has evolved over hundreds of millions of years. The architectural design features rammed earth-colored exterior walls, plastered surfaces, and wooden-colored furniture, blending seamlessly into the surrounding natural environment. The hotel has a viewing terrace on the edge of a cliff, offering an unobstructed view. The reception hall, lounge area, and restaurant are located on the first floor, with a full wall of large glass windows, ensuring that the view at any time is a moving picture. Rooms There are 14 guest rooms in total, ensuring that it's neither too crowded nor too desolate. Each room is equipped with a vinyl record player, and guests can select their favorite vinyl records at the front desk to enjoy music. Amenities The homestay is located close to Hanfei River, with Shixiakeng Village just at the foot of the mountain. This ancient village, surrounded by mountains, is quaint and tranquil. The rocks on the cliffs have unique shapes, and the waterfall beside the village cascades down, with the river flowing gently, an ancient bridge spanning across it, and the surrounding tea gardens lush with greenery. It is an ideal place for hiking, stream trekking, and camping.
