Immerse yourself in the natural atmosphere. Even if you go alone, you won’t feel lonely because nature has a way of healing everything. Don’t forget to bring Hong Thai inhaler. I didn’t use canned oxygen or Diamox during my trip; Hong Thai was enough. However, if you’re worried about altitude sickness, I recommend carrying canned oxygen with you.
