During this trip to Xiamen, my family stayed in the Ankara-themed family room with a slide at Xihai'an Seaview Hotel, unlocking a fantastic family time and thoroughly captivating our child. Upon arriving at the hotel, its exterior immediately caught our eye. Standing at the entrance, we were greeted by an endless sea, with the magnificent Xiamen Bridge stretching across the water in the distance. The gentle sea breeze carried a salty scent that instantly refreshed us. The surrounding attractions are also plentiful, with the Jimei School Village just a 10-minute drive away. There, the red brick buildings and Western architecture complement each other, and the school buildings in the style of Tan Kah Kee carry a rich cultural heritage. Xiamen Garden Expo Park, just a few minutes' drive away, gathers garden landscapes from all over the world. The nearby park is full of greenery, with lush trees, swaying flowers, and plants, adding a touch of vibrancy to this coastal scenery. Walking into the room, we were met with a pleasant surprise! Although the walls didn't have the usual cartoon patterns, the combination of a slide and a ball pit made our child exclaim in excitement. The little one couldn't wait to climb up the slide and zoom into the colorful ball pit, with laughter echoing throughout the room. When tired of playing, the bathtub became his "little world," where he could enjoy a comfortable bath. In the evening, we turned on the giant screen projector and watched "The Lion King" together. The realistic images and shocking sound effects made the child laugh with joy. The electric curtains were also super cool, opening and closing with one touch, easily switching between indoor and outdoor views. Waking up in the morning, the sunlight streamed through the gaps in the curtains and onto the bed, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The courtyard downstairs is also a treasure trove for leisure. The courtyard is exquisitely decorated, with well-arranged green plants and colorful small ornaments everywhere, making every photo Instagram-worthy. We often bought some local snacks, paired them with sweet milk tea, and sat in the courtyard chatting. The child played nearby without us having to worry about safety, which was extremely pleasant. The hotel is located near the seaside, so we could go to the beach to paddle in the waves, dig in the sand, and collect shells at any time. There are so many nearby restaurants that it was dazzling. The staff was very enthusiastic and recommended several local restaurants to us, where we enjoyed authentic Xiamen flavors like Shacha noodles and ginger duck. Moreover, the hotel provides free parking, making it easy to travel by car. Plus, the free breakfast was nutritious and delicious, starting the day with a good mood. These two days at Xiamen Xihai'an Seaview Hotel were full of joy and warmth. This is definitely the best choice for bringing kids to Xiamen, where you can enjoy a comfortable family time and easily visit the surrounding famous attractions.
