The bald cypress trees at Dongshan Reservoir have finally turned red again. Every time I come to Dongpingshan Mountain for a hike, I slowly watch the bald cypress trees turn from green to red. The feeling and view are both very subtle. There aren't many people here to see the bald cypress trees. Walking around Dongshan Reservoir is a great experience. Especially the sunset after 4 pm, which is like a filter for the bald cypress trees. Unlike the Garden Expo Park, Nanhu Park, and Wetland Park, where there are crowds of people to see the bald cypress trees, and you might accidentally take a lonely photo.
