It faces south and is in the shape of "wind" in plan. It is built of three-piece earthen bricks and stones, with a turtle-shaped tomb, with stone railings and columns on both sides. The head of the column is engraved with a torch or a lion. . There is a stone altar table in front of the tomb, with unicorns, deers, cranes, etc. embossed on the front and decorated with curly grass patterns on the sides. The inscription on the tombstone reads: "The Emperor of the Qing Dynasty conferred the title of General Zhenwei, the posthumous title of Lord Chen of Loyalty and Min, and the title of first-class lady, worthy of the tomb of Mrs. Zeng." A pair of octagonal pillars were erected in front of the tomb, with a couplet engraved on them: "The fragrance of the beans recommends the loyal and good. The name is changed to two words; Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu and Zhejiang have made great contributions and will be remembered for generations." After renovation in recent years, the cemetery area has been expanded to 700 square meters. In June 1992, when all walks of life in Xiamen solemnly commemorated the 150th anniversary of Chen Huacheng's martyrdom for the country, a bronze statue of Chen Huacheng in military uniform was erected in the center of the cemetery.
