Dalzong Lake is faintly visible in the pale white mist, like a bright mirror, and is known as the 'Emerald Sky Mantle Lake' of the Tibetan area. Surrounding Dalzong Lake are towering pines and cypresses, entwined vines, and dense shrubs. At the edge of the lake, there is a soft, green carpet-like grassland and an arrow-inserting platform for worshipping the mountain gods. The lake surface covers more than 50 acres, stretching about 300 meters from south to north and about 100 meters at its widest point. The entire lake surface is irregularly gourd-shaped, and the lake water is unfathomably deep. Sometimes, the lake ripples with emerald waves, and Dalzong Lake appears graceful; other times, it is as calm as a mirror, resembling a serene and gentle maiden. The clear blue lake reflects the majestic peaks, blue sky, white clouds, and herds of cattle and sheep, creating a beautiful pastoral picture. The environment here is tranquil and sparsely populated, making it an excellent place for wildlife to breed and inhabit. With the opening of the mountain road from Xiahe County to Dalzong Lake, the mysterious and enchanting Dalzong Lake has gradually unveiled its mysterious veil and is becoming known to the world. The once secluded and quiet Dalzong Lake is now welcoming a large number of tourists to explore and enjoy its beauty. The small Tibetan village of Dalzong has a dozen households, and the villagers have been guarding the sacred lake for generations, living a pastoral life. The grasslands here are vast, the farmland is fertile, and the forest coverage is extensive, making most villagers relatively affluent. From the village, it is about 2 kilometers to Dalzong Lake. Along the way, wildflowers sway in the wind, and the air is filled with the fragrance of wildflowers; mountain sparrows chirp, and cattle and sheep moo, creating a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. As you proceed, the winding paths lead to secluded spots, giving a sense of 'mountains and rivers seem to have no way out,' but with a turn, 'a village suddenly appears in the shade of willows and flowers.'
