Visit Wuyuan Next Fall! 2-Day Wuyuan Itinerary and Food Recommendations I returned from Jiangxi in December, and was left speechless by the beauty of autumn in Huangling. The sun-dried autumn produce is like a palette of colors. 🎨 Huangling in Wuyuan is worth a visit next fall! Tips: * Best time to visit: Mid-October to mid-November (we went in mid-December, which was already the end of the sun-drying season) * Transportation: Self-driving or chartered car is recommended, as there are many mountain roads * Accommodation: There are homestays in Huangling Scenic Area, but they are relatively expensive. It is recommended to book in advance! ✏️2-Day Wuyuan Travel Guide: Arrive at Huangling in the morning on Day 1 and start your tour. Finish sightseeing in half a day and have lunch in the scenic area (the snack street is at the deepest part of the scenic area, so it is recommended to visit in order). In the afternoon on Day 1, head to Wunvzhou Resort to experience folk intangible cultural heritage activities (the iron flower and iron pot are very impressive! Be sure to check the event schedule, and it is best to enter the scenic area before dark). Accommodation in Wunvzhou Resort is recommended, as it can include tickets and is more cost-effective. Food recommendation: a popular restaurant called Wakuai Fish! Every dish we ordered was really delicious and went well with rice! Check out the area around Wunvzhou during the day on Day 2. We went to Likeng Scenic Area, but to be honest, it is not particularly recommended. If you have already been to Huangling, there is no need to visit Likeng. Enter Wangxiangu Scenic Area in the evening on Day 2. The winding lights are very beautiful after dark.
