In comparison, it felt more like the thoughtful care of Zhenbo in Guiyang—staff discreetly anticipate your needs without being intrusive. The butler's proactive contact was especially considerate, not only arranging a late checkout until 6 PM but also upgrading us to a suite. Full marks for this level of service! 【Breakfast: Gold Lounge vs. First-Floor Buffet】 ▪️21st Floor Gold Lounge: An exclusive, quiet space for Gold members with breathtaking views. Breakfast by the window was pure bliss. Though the selection is slightly smaller than the first-floor buffet, the tranquility more than compensates. ▪️First-Floor Buffet: Overwhelming variety—Western cold cuts, Chinese stir-fries, Wuhan specialties, even Japanese cuisine, all looking delicious! The breakfast butler even brought iced Americano, which tasted fantastic. Two breakfast options cater to different preferences.
