Hotel service 🌟🌟 The service of this hotel is not good for a regular Hyatt. The concierge at the door is missing, the front desk is super cold, and the guest lounge is not managed. Hotel facilities 🌟🌟🌟⭐️ Because it was formerly Poly, the basic hardware facilities are good, and the hotel design is also very beautiful, especially the hotel lobby. Entering the hotel lobby from the small and long entrance of the hotel will give you a feeling of a winding path leading to a secluded place. The room is designed in black and white tones, plus the stone in the bathroom space, commonly known as the ancient tomb design. But! Hyatt is also poorly maintained. Scratches can be seen everywhere in the room, and the shower head in the bathroom almost scared me. Hotel dining 🌟🌟🌟 This time I experienced breakfast and the guest lounge. The breakfast environment is good but not delicious. Compared with the same level of Marriott in Wuhan, it is really not delicious. (Soft drinks in the fridge are charged hhh) The guest lounge is not bad, there is a noodle stall, and I personally think the guest lounge is better than the Marriott lounge, but the guest lounge of this hotel seems to be unmanaged, you can enter as you like, and no one checks the room. In general, the room rate of 500 plus the design of the Poly series is still very cost-effective. Family members who do not have high requirements for location can come and try it. The bed is very low, and with the ancient tomb-style decoration, it is "very comfortable to sleep" and very reassuring. Emmmm, and this lobby is very good for taking pictures, it will be too crowded (especially at night).
