The Sky Garden is located in Fenghuangshan National Forest Park, Shanhetun Forestry Bureau, Wuchang City, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is located on the west slope of Zhangguangcai Ridge of the Changbai Mountain Range, with a total area of 50,000 hectares. The main peak is 1,696.2 meters above sea level, making it the highest peak of Zhangguangcai Ridge and the first peak of Longjiang. The high mountain birch trees here are steep and cold in winter, graceful in summer, with thousands of shapes and postures, and are widely distributed in the mountain ridges of thousands of hectares. The alpine wetland is located at the top of Fenghuang Mountain, with an area of 500-600 hectares, and an altitude of more than 1,600 meters. It is composed of permafrost and granite rock as a water barrier, with abundant water resources. There are 400,000 wild alpine rhododendrons under the pine trees, which bloom in June every year, becoming a major attraction. Tens of thousands of square meters of exposed and overlapping rocks flow down from the top of the mountain, with more than a dozen places on Fenghuang Mountain. The ticket price is CNY 80 per person, including the ticket and the fare to the station. Eligible people such as active military personnel, police officers, children, the elderly, and the disabled can enjoy ticket discounts or free tickets with valid certificates. Self-driving can take the Ha-Mu Expressway, and after arriving in Wuchang, continue along the X215 National Highway; you can also take a train or bus to Wuchang City first, and then transfer to a bus to Fenghuang Mountain. There are hotels such as Jin Fenghuang Hotel and Fenghuang Hotel near the scenic area, as well as characteristic homestays for tourists to choose from.
