Platinum Member Upgrade Experience

Received an excellent upgrade as an Accor Platinum member during a 7-night stay. Staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, particularly Gus and two other Asian women. The room was spotless with superb soundproofing, facing the bridge. Enjoyed the decent gym and coin laundry facilities as well. The only downside was the breakfast, as the menu hardly varied over the seven days; however, the coffee was good and the breakfast staff were delightful.
