Novotel Karawang

#mybesthotel The hotel offers great amenities and the staff is top-notch. The breakfast buffet was always a highlight. While there are a few minor issues like the gym AC and the construction near the pool, these didn't significantly impact my overall positive experience. Nice staff from front office that their service was top notch. Room was clean, neat, and comfortable. I would gladly to come back to stay here on my next visit.
