A Wenchang All-in-One Food, Drink, and Fun Itinerary for Labor Day: Escape the Crowds

🌞Wenchang is my go-to nearby city for every holiday. It's perfect for escaping the crowds, enjoying delicious food and drinks, and strolling along the beach. Wenchang has so much good food! The variety of Lao Ba Tea alone is very appealing, plus there's Zao Po Vinegar and my favorite Salt-Baked Chicken. Holidays are truly wonderful! 🌞Ya Nuo Da Lao Ba Tea The ambiance is great, and it seems newly opened. The air conditioning is strong and super comfortable, and the tables are large. We spent CNY 300 for 5 people and got a private room, which was a great deal. Jinsha Red Rice Noodle Roll: The outer skin is bright red and soft. With a light bite, the crispy golden fried dough stick and fresh shrimp filling are revealed. Dip it in the special sauce for a crispy, smooth, sweet, and refreshing taste. Signature Shrimp Dumpling: The dumpling skin is almost transparent, filled with 3–4 large shrimp. The plump shrimp are faintly visible. It's chewy and doesn't get old, no matter how many times you eat it! Liwan Boat Congee: The smooth congee base brings together tender shredded pork, crispy fried dough sticks, peanuts, and other ingredients. Every spoonful is full of ingredients, with a fresh, sweet, and smooth taste. 🌞Mulan Bay A newly developed beach that is beautiful at sunset in the afternoon and not too sunny. The waves wash many corals and small shells ashore. We picked out many beautiful corals that the children loved, and the shells made great specimens. 🌞Lijing Hotel The main thing is that it's cost-effective, with prices just over CNY 100. The location is really good, near Wenchang Middle School. Lao Ba Tea is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the mattresses are new, and the pillows are elastic and don't sink in at all. There's no smell of sweat. The shower gel has a long-lasting fragrance, and the toilet seat in the bathroom is super comfortable. The cleanliness is very good, and there is no peculiar smell in the room, which is really nice.
