A three-day, two-night autumn scenery exploration trip to Saihanba.

I've always heard that Saihanba's autumn scenery is beautiful, so I took advantage of the National Day holiday to drive there. I set off at 5:00 am on October 1st, and I didn't expect so many people to be up and about in Beijing. The road conditions were better after leaving Beijing. As soon as I got on the Chengwei Expressway, I was immediately attracted by the colorful mountains on both sides of the highway. I drove along Qi-Sai Road, and there were service areas and parking areas along the road where I could stop and admire the scenery. However, due to the overcast weather on that day, I chose to return via Qi-Sai Road on the way back to make up for the regret of not being able to see the scenery on the way there. I arrived at Saihanta at around 2:00 pm. The scenic area is free, and you can walk around the boardwalk to experience the feeling of being in a forest. Later, I rushed to Qixing Lake, but I didn't expect that the forest protection season would start after September 15th, and the scenic area was closed. So, I could only check into my hotel. It snowed unexpectedly. The weather in Saihanba is unpredictable. By the time I finished checking into the hotel, the snow had stopped. Taking advantage of the break in the snow, I quickly went for a walk around Moon Lake. Due to the bad weather, there was no one there. The entrance ticket to Yudaokou Scenic Area is valid for three days. There is a QR code at the entrance of Moon Bay Scenic Area for ticket purchase. On October 2nd, I visited various attractions in Yudaokou Scenic Area, including Sun Lake, Grand Canyon, Turtle Mountain, and Peach Mountain Lake. In my opinion, the best attraction is Sun Lake. The scenery along the way to each attraction is beautiful. Please pay attention to safety when parking on the side of the road. There are also places where you can go horseback riding. On October 3rd, due to the sunny weather, I went to Moon Lake again. After visiting Moon Lake, I saw that there was another attraction called神仙洞(Immortal Cave) in the scenic area. So, I drove along the Rainbow Road inside Moon Lake Scenic Area. There were wind turbines all along the Rainbow Road. However, I didn't expect that神仙洞(Immortal Cave) was not an official attraction, so I had to return the same way. Afterwards, I returned to Beijing via Qi-Sai Road.
