It opened in 1901 and was founded by pianist and politician Paderewski himself, witnessing Poland's turmoil and rebirth. It is located on the most representative Royal Avenue in the city, opposite the Presidential Palace, and is only a few steps away from the Old Town, the Royal Castle and the Holy Cross Church. It was reopened by A Luxury Collection Hotels in the 1990s and restored to its former glory. Open the window, the street view is picturesque, especially at night, it is full of layers and depth of the old times. Inside, the Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau styles are intertwined in the space, the spiral staircase is elegant, the high ceiling is decorated with exquisite reliefs, and the retro elevator is like a movie. Each room has a bookshelf, the snow-white walls are inlaid with wood panels, mixed wood and brass handmade furniture, and the geometric pattern walls made of dark and light gray marble, which not only reproduces the noble splendor of the Belle Époque, but also shows a strong sense of contemporary design. When we arrived at night, we stayed in a suite. The living room had a contrasting blue carpet and red sofa. All rooms had large bathtubs and the beds were so comfortable that we could sleep until dawn. The cafe is also a famous check-in spot. The cakes and coffee are very delicious and should not be missed.
