Nong Pah Pong Temple

Wat Nong Pah Pong, built by Luang Pu Cha Suphatto, is a meditation center that is a model for over 100 forest temples in Thailand and abroad. Luang Pu Cha is a Vipassana meditation master and one of the disciples of Phra Ajahn Man Phurithatto, an important Vipassana master. He is a model for forest monks who study the Dharma seriously to find the essence of the Buddha's teachings. Wat Nong Pah Pong is a forest temple of the Aranyawasi sect. It is a meditation center surrounded by peaceful and secluded nature. The atmosphere is cool and suitable for living and practicing the Dharma.
