✿ A must-try for Dirty coffee lovers! ✿

Continuing my cafe hopping series, Lately, ultra-cold coffee has been all the rage in the coffee world. Since my favorite shop, Noda Coffee, has also released ultra-cold coffee, I decided to give it a try. ※ Ultra-cold Coffee ($72) The method is actually a bit similar to Dirty Coffee. It's hot espresso with frozen milk. However, the coffee beans and glass are pre-frozen in a freezer. So, when you pour the milk into the glass, it forms ice around the rim, giving it a milk smoothie-like texture. Because the milk is so cold, the aroma of the coffee is even more pronounced with the espresso, making it even better than a regular Dirty Coffee. If you enjoy Dirty Coffee, you absolutely must try this one! *Note that it takes time to make. ※ Colombian Boutique Pour-Over Coffee This pour-over coffee is dedicated to a charitable cause. Surprisingly, they use beans from a disabled coffee farm in Colombia. The growers are all disabled, and the proceeds from the coffee sales go back to them, making this coffee particularly meaningful. ※ Pistachio Mochi Roll ($52) The pistachio sauce is quite rich. The egg roll is also quite fluffy. It would be even better if the cream had more pistachio flavor :P ※ Mentaiko and Egg Croissant The presentation is nice, and the croissant is quite crispy.
