A few days ago, my colleagues and I visited the newly opened izakaya @shoen_hk on Lee Tung Avenue 😍😍. The restaurant specializes in a variety of unique Japanese alcoholic beverages and snacks, all crafted by a Japanese head chef with 35 years of experience 👨🏻🍳! Recently, they launched new dishes such as "Hiroshima Oyster Matsumae-yaki," "Seafood Rolls," "Handmade Hokkaido Croquette Potato Salad," and "Homemade Cheese Tofu," all of which are incredibly tempting ❤️❤️. - 🥩 Grilled Japanese Beef Steak✨ Made with Japanese Wagyu beef, the staff grills it tableside upon serving! The Wagyu is seared to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
