It is refreshing~ ⭐️Bread Before the meal, we served French scallion bread 🥖 which was spread with butter mixed with shacha and XO sauce. It was hot and salty when we put it in our mouths. The aroma was overwhelming. ❣️ Appetiser ⭐️ The "Tartare" A dish inspired by Hong Kong-style satay beef rice ~ Wagyu tartare uses A4 Wagyu shoulder ribs, accompanied by quail eggs, slightly salty caviar and satay sauce, rich in flavor 💗 There are crispy chips made of rice noodles next to it ~ Eat it with tartare, it is light, crispy and fragrant, and the meat is super tender!
