This restaurant is said to be the most famous restaurant in Vienna, so I made a reservation in advance. The interior is cute with a country atmosphere. Since I made a reservation, I was given the most spacious bench seat. It was my first time eating Austrian food, and it was delicious! ! I was traveling in Europe, but personally, I think I like Austrian food the best... I was surprised by the size of the schnitzel! It was not as greasy as it looked, and it was crunchy and extremely delicious. The specialty potato salad is so sweet! The onion-based sauce is sweet, and it's different from French dressing, and it's hard to describe, but it's delicious. And the soup is a traditional Austrian home-cooked dish. I heard that it contains shredded pancakes, so I was excited to see what it would taste like, but it was really the best! ! The brown consommé soup, packed with the flavors of beef and vegetables, goes well with the shredded pancakes.
