Vienna palace 🇦🇹

#photolocation From the 18th century to 1918, Schönbrunn was the residence of the Habsburg emperors. It was designed by the architects Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach and Nicolaus Pacassi and is full of outstanding examples of decorative art in Austria 🇦🇹. You can enter the Palace Park free of charge during opening hours. If you wish to visit to the Schönbrunn special attractions, such as the Privy Garden, the Orangery Garden or the Maze as well as the Zoo, the Palm House and the Desert House you need to purchase individual admission tickets. Anyone wishing to see the interiors of Schönbrunn Palace has to go on a guided tour or buy an entrance ticket for the self-guided equivalent. #austria

St. Stephen's Cathedral

Vienna is a city that invites you to slow down and savor every layer — from imperial palaces to hidden cocktail bars. I began my journey at St. Stephen’s Cathedral, standing beneath its soaring spires before climbing the south tower for a sweeping view over Vienna’s rooftops. The streets led me to Naschmarkt, where spices, cheeses, and pastries created a vibrant sensory feast. Afternoons were for grandeur: the golden halls of Schönbrunn Palace, the shimmering masterpiece of Klimt’s The Kiss at Belvedere Museum, and the timeless art of Kunsthistorisches Museum. I stayed at Novotel Wien City, a comfortable base perfectly placed between the Danube and Vienna’s Old Town. Evenings came alive with crisp schnitzel at Figlmüller, delicate pastries at Café Demel, and a memorable Michelin dinner at Zum weißen Rauchfangkehrer. As dusk fell, I wandered to Prater Park — the nostalgic charm of its Ferris wheel lighting up the skyline — and later sipped cocktails in the buzzing Bermuda Triangle. My tip? Don’t rush Vienna. Walk its cobbled streets, linger in its coffee houses, and let music drift you from square to square. Vienna rewards the traveler who explores with curiosity and appetite. #ViennaTravel #CityItinerary #EuropeTrip #HiddenGems #CulturalJourney #TripMoments #SchnitzelLovers #MichelinDining #HistoricLandmarks #ViennaNightlife #TravelTips #BermudaTriangle #Naschmarkt #ViennaMuseums
