We ordered Melange and Einspanner, famous for Viennese coffee, and Apple Strudel and Kaiserschmarren, famous for traditional Viennese desserts. Demel is famous for Kaiserschmarren, which is an Austrian pancake. The texture is soft and sweet, and it was really delicious with the plum sauce that came with it, which was sweet and sour.
