Varenna, Italy 📌 Solo travelling was always one of those things i wanted to do but never had the balls to. Now, here i am in Italy creating memories i'll look back on and will say yes I f done that with no regrets! Things I've learned so far 1. travel light!!!! Not a 20kg suitcase and 2 bags of clothes that i'm still yet to wear. I always overpack and it's such a hassel carrying these around!! 2. Taking your own photographs is hard work! I always get asked who takes my photos? Yess its me, a timer and a tripod! So awkward asking a stranger to take a photo and u ending up hating it as they cant get the angles right ahahahahah 3. Live the life you've always wanted! Regardless if its with a significant someone or just on your own! Do it with passion☺️ want to buy that car? Go on that holiday? Ask the girl that you think is out of your league out ? Buy that expensive perfume? Dress boujie in every occasion? Doooooo it!!!! Life is tooo short! 4. Be spontaneous.. life will just lead you to the right places.. or you can plan ahead and be stressed af getting to the location 🤣 tho this may not always be a good idea as ive had so many death experiences but we move!!! 5. You learn to face your fears (being alone, eating at a restaurant alone) so what??? Push yourself out of your comfort zone. You dont always need to be accompanied in every step of your journey. " some journeys can only be travelled alone". You learn to love your own company 6. It's easy to make friends along the way! Be open minded! Grab a drink or go surfing with a stranger who randomly sat beside you at a resto @jesper.gk 🤣 7. It's the most empowering and liberating experience of your life! You do everything on your own, make decisions without anyone telling you yes or no! You write your own story
