Exploring the gorgeous Tham Jang

Tham Jang is one of Vang Vieng's most well-known caverns, having played a significant role in Laos' history. When the Chinese conquered Vang Vieng in the 19th century, this cave served as an army bunker, so history aficionados should make a point of visiting it. You will have to trek up a steep set of steps to enter the cave, but it is well worth the extra effort. To be honest, upon visiting this beautiful cave my perspective changed. It was very memorable.
