Xinjiang in Early June 2025

The natural scenery here is more unique compared to other places in China that I’ve visited. The views resemble those in Europe. All the destinations I visited are rated as 5A attractions in China, such as: 1. Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, Urumqi. Absolutely stunning! It’s a lake situated atop a high mountain. 2. Nalati Grassland near Yining. Breathtakingly beautiful, it’s a pastureland reminiscent of Switzerland. Taking the park shuttle to the final stop leads to a scenic area with pine forests and streams. 3. Sayram Lake. Vast and magnificent, I recommend driving through to enjoy the complete scenery of the lake, mountains, and grasslands. 4. Kalajun Grassland. Known as the "Sky Grassland," it’s close to the snow-capped peaks of Tianshan. The views are very Swiss-like. Give it a try! Although traveling there might be a bit challenging, it’s absolutely worth it for the sights you’ll see.
