Ulsan's "Hitch," a Personal Cafe Aimed at

A cafe that comes to mind when I think of Ulsan. I'm writing this while recalling a memory I had during the sweltering summer of May this year. It's a cafe with a unique interior, located in a quiet neighborhood a bit away from the bustling downtown area. The bar area is perfect for small talk with the owner. The unique dessert, called "Terrine," comes in four flavors: Oreo, Matcha, Cheese, and Black Sesame. I personally liked the Matcha flavor the best, which I got to-go. It has a unique, chewy texture. The chocolate fondue croissant, which is no longer available, was a limited-time menu item. The center is ice cream. It's a truly rich and sweet flavor. My family and I enjoyed the iced Americano, Walnut Maru Latte, and Ice Cream Latte, all of which were very satisfying. These days, they're offering a coffee omakase course by reservation. They're introducing new menu items using seasonal ingredients, and are captivating customers. Amidst the seemingly identical cafes everywhere, a unique interior with bar tables a unique and eye-catching menu new menu items presented as coffee omakase In the face of the flood of large franchise cafes, I see this as a way for independent cafes to survive. Conclusion I should try omakase too.
