Matcha Bingsu Specialty Cafe in Taehwa-dong, "Flow Coffee"

📍 63 Taehwagang National Garden-gil, Jung-gu, Ulsan, 1st Floor, "Flow Coffee" This cafe is located in Taehwa-dong, Ulsan. It's near the cherry blossom road, close to the riverside path near Jeil Middle School. Parking is available along the road, and "Taehwagang National Garden No. 2 Public Parking Lot" is also nearby. I visited on a weekday afternoon because the matcha bingsu looked so delicious! It was around 5 PM, and the tables by the windows were already packed with people. The cafe seemed to have seating for about 8-9 groups. I placed my order at the entrance, and the restroom inside was clean and well-maintained. My friend and I ordered one matcha bingsu, which cost 12,000 KRW. The bingsu came with condensed milk and four pieces of red bean rice cake. Initially, I thought the green matcha layer was only on the surface and the inside would be plain white ice, but to my surprise, the entire bingsu was matcha-flavored! It was incredibly smooth and delicious. I’m looking forward to trying their matcha tiramisu and other drinks next time. If you’re in Taehwa-dong, make sure to check it out!
