The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for chilling and enjoying a hot bowl of khao soi and slowly slurping down the soup, enjoying the natural breeze. It's so relaxing you won't want to leave! ⸻ 🍜 Menu Highlight: Authentic, Original Thai Yai Khao Soi! Honestly, I think the "Khao Soi" here is different from the northern Khao Soi we're used to. It's "Shan-style Khao Soi," or as some people call it, "Myanmar Khao Soi." The noodles aren't crispy yellow noodles, but rather flat, chewy noodles. The broth is rich and fragrant with the intoxicating aroma of curry paste, and the aroma of black pepper, perfectly blending salty, sweet, and spicy flavors. The side dishes are also amazing! They include boiled eggs, large pieces of fried pork, Shan-style nam prik ong, and pickled vegetables in a traditional chili oil. Scoop everything into a bowl and mix them together. Oh my!
