Shurakuen, the garden of the former Tsuyama feudal lord's villa Shurakuen, the garden of the former Tsuyama feudal lord's villa, located at 628 Yamakita, Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, was designated a national scenic spot in September 2002. It is a daimyo garden with a strolling style garden. You can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons. I visited when the autumn leaves were finishing and preparations for winter were underway. Jyoto Mukashi Machiya (Former Kajimura Residence) This townhouse is located at 40 Higashishinmachi, Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, and the main building dates back to the end of the Edo period. The rooms on the west side were built in the Meiji period, while the two-story building on the north side, including the Western-style building, was built in the Taisho period.
