Fukui is famous for soba noodles, so I went to Tsuruga to try it. I was debating whether to try the spicy radish soba or not, but I wanted to try a variety of things, so I went for this set 😆. They grind the buckwheat flour in the store, so it's delicious soba. The tempura is also crispy ◎. They also give you soba soup, so you can enjoy it to the end.
